Terms & Service

  I. The product contains 3 years warranty and can be returned within 14 days, but the shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.

  II. If there is no quality problem after 15 days, it cannot be returned.

   And if the product is found to be defective at the time of its installation or use or does not comply with the condition,  the cusmomer must inform the seller as soon as possible in accordance with the legal provisions.  but in any case, within a maximum period of 3 years from the delivery date. The Seller shall have the right to determine in its sole discretion whether the product will be repaired or replaced.

  No claims for defects or lack of conformity may be brought against the seller and will not be liable to the customers, and to the extent that:
  (a) The defect arises or is due to the abuse or misuse of the product by the customer, fire, contact with liquids and similar causes external to the product that are  beyond the control of the Seller;
  (b) The defect is caused by the customer's use of the product for unforeseen purposes or contrary to the instructions, manuals or guidelines of the manufacturer ;
  (c) The defect arises from the customer's own or unauthorized repair / manipulation, or from the use of unauthorized spare parts, software or components of ornamental origin.

  III. All the products sold are manufactured according to specifications and are intended for use in the countries of the European Area. The warranties and remedies provided herein to customers located in the region and may not apply to any Purchaser who purchases products from outside the Europe.

  IV. The seller shall have the right to totally or partially limit the customer's rights in exceptional situations, to cancel users background application, in any of the following actions:

  (a) The conduct of the customers affects the normal operation of the Website or the services it offers to other users (for example, online attacks o discredit the products to other users);
  (b) The customers repeatedly publishes information not related to the products or Services offered in the comments or inquiries area;
  (c) The customers seeks profit by inappropriate means (such as plug-in tools, network attacks, etc.);
  (d) The customers interferes with the normal order of operation of the Website or carries out illegal activities.

   Once the customers´s application has been canceled, the Buyer's right to use the services of the website will also be canceled. The seller shall not be liable to the for the agreement.
